  • Staff Cryptographer

    Lead implementation cryptography for the DSSA protocol family. Formal verification, side-channel hardening, post-quantum primitive integration.

    What you’ll work on

    • Implementation review of the protocol's cryptographic core.
    • Side-channel analysis of the matching engine and ratchet.
    • Coordination with the patent and standards-track work.
    • Internal cryptographic review for customer-specific configurations.

    What we’re looking for

    • PhD-level depth in cryptography or equivalent industry track record.
    • Experience with post-quantum primitives at the implementation level.
    • Comfort with formal verification or symbolic protocol analysis.
    • EU work authorisation or willingness to relocate.

  • Senior Rust Engineer

    Build the production Rust implementation of the DSSA protocol family. Embedded targets, no_std, SIMD, deterministic behaviour.

    What you’ll work on

    • Production Rust implementation of Nano, Fleet, Edge, and tier-extension code.
    • no_std embedded targets for industrial-edge and aerospace deployments.
    • SIMD-optimised matching paths for high-throughput Edge deployments.
    • Deterministic-build infrastructure for cleared-environment customers.

    What we’re looking for

    • Five-plus years of production Rust experience.
    • Comfort with no_std, embedded toolchains, and cross-compilation.
    • Strong testing discipline — fuzzing, property-based testing, deterministic replay.
    • EU work authorisation.

  • Head of Go-to-Market, Defence/Aerospace

    Build the defence and aerospace go-to-market motion. EU primes and integrators, NATO-adjacent procurement, cleared-personnel comfort.

    What you’ll work on

    • Open and manage relationships with EU defence primes and integrators.
    • Coordinate proposals into national-defence and ESA procurement pipelines.
    • Build the cleared-personnel and security-cleared-environment muscle inside EdSSA.
    • Contribute to product roadmap from the defence-customer perspective.

    What we’re looking for

    • Ten-plus years in defence/aerospace GTM, BD, or program management.
    • Existing EU prime / integrator network.
    • Comfort with security-clearance environments.
    • EU citizenship preferred for clearance pathway.
